Jason Kasheta

Jason is a personal trainer based out of Orlando, Florida and owner of Kasheta BodyFit. He holds Bachelors degrees in Exercise Science and Nutritional Chemistry. Over the past 15 years, Jason has dedicated himself to developing and implementing challenging and innovative strength, fitness, and nutrition programs.

Jason is a former NCAA college football player and North American Strongman competitor. Throughout his life, he has devoted himself to the constant study (and ever changing fields) of health and wellness.

In his free time, Jason enjoys spending time working out and traveling with his beautiful wife and family that includes two teenage girls and two active (and talkative) huskies.

Katrina Hite

Katrina is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist located in Orlando, Florida. Her passion for sports and physical activity began when she became a competitive swimmer in high school. Fitness and exercise have since been an integral part of her life for over a decade, which is what led her to turn passion into profession. Katrina earned a Bachelor’s degree in Biological Sciences in 2012, and continues to dedicate her time and effort to advancing her knowledge in the field of health and fitness in order to design increasingly effective training programs. 

In her free time, Katrina actively competes in Obstacle Course Racing, and is always looking for new forms of physical challenges. She tries to bring the same competitive edge and sense of excitement to her workouts so that training can not only be challenging, but also fun. Whether it’s to lose weight, tone up, build strength, or just feel better in their own body, Katrina aims to make every client successful and feel good in their own skin.

Jason Kasheta is the perfect list of ingredients for the ideal personal trainer: knowledgeable, passionate, motivating, funny, smart, guiding, and dedicated. He helps me, he challenges me and is AS committed to my workout regimen as I am. Technologically speaking, he is right on target. On the days I don't train with him directly, he uploads a workout for me in an App that's tailored to the work that he and I do, when we are 1:1. Even my solo workouts are customized.
